About Your Role

As a Finance Assistant you are responsible for the daily financial administration. You ensure that invoices are processed correctly, payments are made on time and that all financial & HR processes run smoothly. You work closely with the Head of Finance. Your structured and accurate working method contributes to an efficient and organized administration in which all deadlines are met.

Here are some of the tasks you will perform:


  • Managing the day-to-day accounting of our entities (BVs), including processing bank transactions and purchase invoices

  • Sending sales invoices (in collaboration with the Head of Product) and keeping track of accounts receivable payments

  • Perform payroll administration and ensure timely salary payments

  • Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns for all entities

  • Drafting (employment) contracts and ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding process

  • Administrative support for pensions, insurance and subsidies

  • Preparing the annual figures for the accountant

  • Ensuring compliance with financial and employment laws

  • Contribute to the optimization of financial and HR processes

Job requirements

💡 Your experience and knowledge


  • Experience with both Finance and HR (experience in a similar role is a plus)

  • You are accurate, structured, deadline-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team

  • Able to multi-task while maintaining efficiency

  • You are available 24 hours a week

  • You can read, speak and write fluent Dutch and English (much documentation is in Dutch, so a good command of the Dutch language is necessary)

  • You live in or near Eindhoven, so that you can be at the office (regularly)
